Senior to Contractor Liaison & Communication Services.

Special services for seniors who are tired of being taken advantage of by contractors.  

The amount you save by not being ripped off, and the time you save by not having to deal with the contractors, this service pays for itself! 

Services include project assessments, contractor recommendations, project communication, scheduling assistance, and work reviews.

*I do free remote estimates over email only.  These will require you to send photos or videos of the project area.  These are subject to change due to potential variables from not being able to inspect the job site in person. 

In-person estimates are more accurate and are covered under the visit fee. 

My estimates will not change unless there is a significant change in circumstances.  You will be informed of and approve of any changes in scope.

Costs and fees are estimated and charged per project.

I do not charge hourly rates.

I charge to cover my business costs, materials & products, plus a fair labor profit. 

I do not charge additional materials and products cost markups.

Project fees are due immediatly upon completion of work. 50% of invoice fee will be charged weekely to late payments or bounced checks.

A 30-day-to-pay option is available for an additional fee.

I may be available for after-hours emergencies and weekends for an additional fee.

Fees will be determined based on project scope.

I started Handyguy out of frustration—after too many experiences with contractors and handymen who didn’t follow through, cut corners, disappeared halfway through the job, or left me hanging without clear communication. I knew there had to be a better way.
